We, at E.H. Echosaudio Ltd & Cosmosound Technologies, are committed to ensuring that  your privacy is protected as per the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on May 25, 2018,

 Our relationship with you is valuable and we  understand the importance you place on the privacy and security of  information that personally identifies you. In that respect, and whether  you are a first time visitor to our website or a regular user, we take  your privacy seriously.

1. The information we collect and what we use it for

We may also receive information  about you from our business partners or marketing firms. We ask you for  personal data only when it is needed to provide goods you have enquired  about or asked us to provide or to respond to your requests for  information. 2.2 Please note that in relation to paragraphs 2.1.1, 2.1.2 and  2.1.4 above in specific circumstances we may send personally  identifiable data about our customers to third parties based in  countries outside the European Union which may have laws that are less  protective of your personal data than countries within the European  Union. We will however ensure, as far as reasonably possible, that your  rights are not compromised.

3. Security

All information is received by us and retrieved using secure  technology. In order to provide a safe and secure environment for your  personal information we try to use up to date technology with a view to  protecting that information against loss, misuse or unauthorized  alteration. Firewalls are used to block unauthorized traffic to the  servers and the actual servers are located in a secure location which  can only be accessed by authorized personnel. The effectiveness of our  safety measures can be enhanced by you creating passwords that cannot be  easily accessed, guessed or reproduced by unauthorized persons.
